Tabletop pizza presses are used in catering establishments to create round dough blanks. The use of such equipment can significantly speed up the pizza preparation process. The resulting blanks have a perfectly round shape and have a side, i.e. the cook does not need to spend time forming it manually. The models differ in the maximum diameter of the resulting workpiece (330 and 450 mm). To connect the equipment, a three–phase network is required - 380 volts.
